Kimberly Biedler Schutz

Ms. Schutz began her career with Hall Estill in 2000 and has practiced primarily in the Oil and Gas and Telecommunications fields. She has recently segued into the Family Services  and Estate Planning and Post Death Administration practice areas.  She has a BV rating through Martindale Hubbell, a rating which requires at least seven years of practice and a substantial number of recommendations within the legal community.  During her years in litigation practice, Ms. Schutz has effectively represented telecommunications and oil and gas companies in numerous federal courts all over the country.  Recently, she successfully defended a pipeline company in a jury trial in Tulsa County.  Ms. Schutz has substantial courtroom experience.
