Julianna P. Deligans

Ms. Deligans practices exclusively in the Intellectual Property arena. Her specialty area includes all aspects of  trademark law, including the selection, adoption, registration and licensing of trademarks, the enforcement of trademark rights, branding and litigation. She currently serves as the Oklahoma Bar Association, Intellectual Property Section, President 2012. She has been recognized as an Oklahoma Rising Star in Intellectual Property by Super Lawyers and is a frequent speaker on Intellectual Property issues, including the Oklahoma Bar Association MCLE, Trademark Law. 

Ms. Deligans' trademark practice includes trademark clearance searches and opinions, state trademark applications/registrations, procuring federal trademark registrations with the United States Patent and Trademark Office, as well as post-registration proceedings before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.  She also regularly assists clients in procuring trademark protection abroad.  Ms. Deligans also practices in the areas of copyright law and unfair competition. In addition, she served as a judge for the 2010 i2E Donald W. Reynolds Governor's Cup Business Plan Competition.
