Johnson W. Custer

Mr. Custer began his legal career with Hall Estill in 2005 and practices primarily in the areas of corporate/commercial litigation, construction, and intellectual property.  He has been named as an Oklahoma Rising Star in Business Litigation Law by Oklahoma Super Lawyers.

In 2008, Mr. Custer sat first chair and was victorious in his first federal jury trial, which involved claims of copyright infringement.  Now in his seventh year of practice, Mr. Custer has developed significant experience as a litigator and has successfully assisted clients in a broad range of commercial, financial, construction and real estate disputes. 

Mr. Custer currently serves on the firm's Recruitment Committee.
