John F. Heil, III

Mr. Heil is a 16 year litigator who joined the firm in 2000.  As a former Assistant District Attorney in the Tulsa County District Attorney's Office, he was recognized as Tulsa Metropolitan Area Officer of the Year.  He has developed a general business litigation practice with a wide range of experience, including intellectual property, business torts, environmental, telecommunications and mortgage lending issues.  He has handled litigation matters across the nation in various state, federal and appellate courts.  In 2010, he was named a Future Litigation Star by Benchmark Litigation. In addition, he has an individual BV rating through Martindale Hubbell.
