James C. Shaw

Mr. Shaw received his B.S. degree from Presbyterian College in 1971, followed by his M.P.A. from Georgia State University in 1974. He went on to attend the University of South Carolina School of Law where he received his J.D. He has an individual AV rating through Martindale-Hubbell and was selected a 2008 Oklahoma Super Lawyer. Mr. Shaw's practice includes Corporate/Commercial, Real Estate, Estate Planning and Probate, as well as assisting Tax-Exempt organizations. Mr. Shaw is a member of the Large Complex Case Commercial Panel of the American Arbitration Association and is the author of "Business Valuation Appellate Decisions in Oklahoma," Oklahoma Bar Journal, October 31, 2008.
