J. Derek Hardberger

Mr. Hardberger is a 14-year Environmental Law attorney. His experience in environmental regulatory issues involve all federal and state programs with particular emphasis on industrial plant development, permitting and operational compliance. While at the George Washington University National Law Center obtaining his LL.M, he concentrated his masters thesis on Superfund allocation amongst small potentially responsible parties.
