Daniel P. Dooley

Daniel P. Dooley, a registered patent attorney with a wealth of experience practicing in intellectual property law prosecution, litigation and counseling, with a primary focus in electronic communication systems and methods, data distribution and control systems, complex electro-mechanical systems, electronic technology, and medical devices.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Dooley gained more than 25 years of industrial experience holding positions as an engineer, senior scientist, manager of engineering, general manager and senior executive in a high-tech fortune five hundred company. Additionally, Mr. Dooley has been involved in multiple successful start-ups and received his undergraduate degree in electro-mechanical engineering from the University of Minnesota, an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of St. Thomas, a J.D., with honors, from Oklahoma City University and an LL.M in Intellectual Property from Franklin Pierce Law Center.
