Christopher L. Carter

Mr. Carter began his legal career with Hall Estill in 2008 and practices in the Corporate/Commercial and Real Estate fields.  During his time at Hall Estill, Mr. Carter has assisted in the representation of a variety of clients ranging from local small businesses to publicly traded companies, and has experience in commercial leasing transactions, real estate acquisitions, securities registrations and general contract negotiations. In addition, Mr. Carter has experience in premerger notification compliance under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act and has assisted non-profit organizations in the attainment of 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status. 

Prior to joining Hall Estill, Mr. Carter attended Oklahoma State University and the University of Oklahoma College of Law.
