Originally from Lee's Summit, Missouri, Mr. Daley studied international business in Italy at the Universidad di Bergamo before graduating cum laude from the University of Missouri in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. During his undergraduate studies, he was a member of Alpha Kappa Psi business fraternity.

Mr. Daley studied international law at Bucerius Law School in Germany before graduating with a J.D. from Washington and Lee University School of Law in 2008. During law school, he was a staff writer on the Washington and Lee Journal of Civil Rights and Social Justice and a member of the Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity.

Mr. Daley began his legal career with Hall Estill in 2008. He is admitted to practice in both Oklahoma and Missouri, and practices primarily in the litigation arena - including commercial litigation, contract disputes, property and oil & gas work.  His published works include:  Federal Diversity Jurisdiction under the Class Action Fairness Act, Putting the Cart before the Horse, Oklahoma Bar Journal (Sept. 4, 2010). In addition, he was named an Oklahoma RIsing Star in Business Litigation by Oklahoma Super Lawyers.
