Casey Cooper

Mr. Cooper has more than 30 years experience, beginning with four years of intense trial practice with the Judge Advocate General's Corps of the U.S. Navy. His extensive complex litigation experience includes several years defending asbestos litigation throughout Oklahoma; defense of numerous Superfund cases for sites located in Oklahoma, Missouri, Kansas and Texas; multimillion dollar construction litigation in connection with projects throughout the United States coupled with extensive experience negotiating and implementing complex contracts. He has served as outside general counsel for several companies headquartered in Tulsa.

In addition, Mr. Cooper has been named to Who's Who in America, Who's Who in American Law and Oklahoma Super Lawyers, Business Litigation. Further, he was named to the 2011 Power Attorneys and Legal Professionals list by the Tulsa Business Journal and has an AV peer review rating through Martindale Hubbell.
