Bryan A. Fuller

During his career, Mr. Fuller worked at the United States Patent & Trademark Office as a Patent Examiner where he examined chemical and mechanical patent applications in the oil and gas industry. His patent law practice emphasizes chemical, petroleum, biotech related technologies, and mechanical related technologies. In addition, he practices in the firm's Environmental and Alternative/Renewable Energy practices.

While at the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office, he primarily examined any apparatus used above ground in conjunction with an oil or gas well, any tool used to bore the earth, any mechanical apparatus used down a bore hole, and any method for applying a chemical application or for servicing an oil or gas well. Mr. Fuller practices in all areas of IP law, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and unfair competition.

Within his Environmental practice he assists clients with matters dealing with environmental, occupational safety and health and water use advice to industrial clients. In addition, he works closely with clients looking to secure Renewable/Alternative Energy projects.
