Bethany E. Stoltzfus

Ms. Stoltzfus, a paralegal in the labor and employment practice, has 10 years of litigation experience and 7 years of experience assisting attorneys who focus their practice in the area of employment law.  As a paralegal in the labor and employment group, Ms. Stoltzfus assists attorneys in all aspects of discrimination, harassment, civil rights, family leave, wage and hour, wrongful discharge, whistleblower, covenant not to compete and ADA Title III accessibility lawsuits filed in state, federal and appellate courts, and with numerous federal and state administrative agencies.

Prior to joining Hall Estill, Ms. Stoltzfus assisted attorneys who focused their practices in the areas of telecommunications, commercial litigation, insurance defense and bankruptcy.  Ms. Stoltzfus received her paralegal certification from Main Line Paralegal Institute in Wayne, Pennsylvania.
