Ms. Dale has been a practicing attorney for nearly 25 years in the Labor & Employment area. She has an individual AV rating through Martindale-Hubbell and is the 2004 recipient of the Earl Sneed Continuing Legal Education Award presented by the Oklahoma Bar Association. She serves as a Senior Adjunct Settlement Judge for the Northern District of Oklahoma; has been recognized as an Oklahoma Super Lawyer in Employment Litigation: Defense and a Top 25 Female Attorney in Oklahoma; has been listed in Best Lawyers in America in Employment Law-Management and Litigation-Labor & Employment; and has been ranked in Band 2 in Labor & Employment Law by Chambers USA.

Ms. Dale’s representation for clients includes:

  • Successfully defending employers and supervisors in employment-related litigation and administrative proceedings in both state and federal courts and agencies;
  • Drafting policies and procedures for companies’ employment related issues;
  • Advising management and human resources professionals on hiring, firing and managing personnel;
  • Conducting investigations into allegations regarding work place practices and events;
  • Presenting management and staff training in a wide variety of employment related topics;
  • Coordinating large scale projects applicable to the defense of employers and supervisors in various litigation matters;
  • Defending companies and supervisors in general litigation matters outside the employment realm as needed.
  • Conducting settlement conferences, mediations and arbitrations, both as counsel for the litigants and as an Adjunct Settlement Judge or paid mediator.
