Linda West has been a paralegal for nearly 30 years. Prior to joining Hall Estill in 2002, she was a paralegal with another firm where she assisted with Insurance Defense/Tort Litigation, including Negligence, Product Liability and Bad Faith cases, as well as Oklahoma Receiverships. Linda began at Hall Estill as a paralegal in the firm's Commercial/Business Litigation group while also assisting in the Bankruptcy, Corporate/Commercial, Labor & Employment and Healthcare sections. Since 2012, she has worked primarily with the Oil & Gas Litigation group, with an emphasis on Royalty Owner Class Actions.
