Hall Estill Runners Champs of the OKC Memorial Marathon

May 1, 2017

A number of Hall Estill attorneys and staff from OKC and Tulsa participated in Sunday's Oklahoma City Memorial Marathon. The weather was cold, damp, and windy but that didn't stop our relay teams, half marathon, and 5k runners from posting respectable times in The Run to Remember. The Run to Remember symbolizes a celebration of life, remembering the lives of the 168 persons killed in the OKC bombing, the survivors and first responders. From its inaugural race in 2001 with just shy of 5,000 participants, the event now hosts over 24,000 runners and walkers from every state and several foreign countries

In the Corporate Mixed Division, which had a total of 117 teams, here are the Hall Estill team rankings:

  • HE Team 1: 18th
  • HE Team 2 : 45th
  • Our Briefs Are Tight: 92nd
  • Between a Walk and a Hard Pace: 95th

Larry Ball in his division for the half marathon: 46 out of 260

Tami Hines in her division for the half marathon: 192 out of 913

And the very impressive Victoria Eller's ranking in her division for the half: 11 out of 1007!!!!
