Phil Free nominated for the Benchmark Litigation Lawyer of the Year and Case of the Year

Benchmark Litigation recently announced the shortlist for the Annual Awards-South nominations. Hall Estill’s Phil Free is  recognized as a nominee for Litigator of the Year in Oklahoma. Phil served as lead for two of the three cases nominated as Case of the Year for Oklahoma, GoForIt Entertainment LLC v. Digimedia.com and Mark Brill v. Walt Disney. The award winners will be announced at a gala dinner and awards ceremony on March 8 at the Ritz Carlton Atlanta. We’ll let you know the results. Read more about the nominations here.
