Hall Estill recently elected three of its attorneys to shareholder status. They are Julianna P. Deligans, Heather Flynn Earnhart and Clive A. Seymour.
Hall Estill Elects New Shareholders
TULSA, Okla. (Dec. 2, 2011) – Hall Estill, Oklahoma’s leading law firm, has elected Julianna Deligans, Heather Earnhart and Clive Seymour as new shareholders of the firm.
“Julianna, Heather and Clive have the level of professionalism and knowledge we seek in shareholders, said Michael D. Cooke, Hall Estill managing partner. “We look forward to having them contribute to the firm as shareholders for many years to come.”
Deligans joined Hall Estill in 2007 and practices in the firm’s Oklahoma City Office. She practices exclusively in Intellectual Property and specializes in trademark law. She has been recognized as an Oklahoma Rising Star in Intellectual Property by Super Lawyers and is a frequent speaker on Intellectual Property issues. Deligans is a graduate of Oklahoma State University and the University of Oklahoma College of Law. She is the incoming Oklahoma Bar Association Intellectual Property Section president for 2012 and is a member of the MAPS 3 Citizen Advisory Board’s Oklahoma River Subcommittee.
Earnhart has been practicing law for nearly 10 years. She was named a 2010 Rising Star by Super Lawyers and a 2011 Oklahoma Super Lawyer in Family Law. She has an individual AV rating through Martindale Hubbell. Earnhart primarily focuses in Family Law and Civil Litigation. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Tulsa, her master’s degree from the University of Oklahoma and is a graduate of the University of Tulsa College of Law.
Seymour joined Hall Estill in 2000 and has more than 30 years of experience in Tax and
ERISA law. He is past president of the Tulsa Tax Club and was an instructor in “Tax Accounting” at the University of Tulsa Graduate Tax Program. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas and is a graduate from the University of Texas School of Law.
