  • Negotiated office-lease transaction for national telecommunications company, resulting in the lease of 153,000 square feet of space and the relocation of a major car rental company to Tulsa.
  • Wrote and oversaw enactment of legislation to restore to Indian tribe 2,600 acres of old-growth forest land in California that had been wrongfully seized by the federal government in the 19th century.
  • Assisted wireless client in southeastern United States with sale of cellular and PCS properties to AT&T Wireless, including FCC filings for consent to the assignment of the cellular and PCS authorizations.
  • Advised radio broadcast client in southern United States in complex multi-party transaction, including relocating station to a large metropolitan market and then selling the upgraded station through a tax-free exchange for another station.
  • Helped police department negotiate sharing scarce spectrum for public safety use through FCC presentations and other-party negotiations.
